1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)

½ cup vegetable oil (or 7 tbsp melted butter)

2 large eggs
Optional: 1 cup mix-ins like chocolate chips, M&Ms, chopped nuts, or sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until dough forms.

Fold in optional mix-ins if using.

Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set.

Cool on baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Chill dough for 15–20 minutes if too sticky.
- Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
- Don’t overbake—cookies should be soft in the center.
