  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or unsalted butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and slicing it into ½-inch rounds or chunks.
  • In a small bowl, mix coconut sugar, melted coconut oil or butter (if using), cinnamon, and salt.
  • Coat the pineapple slices evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the slices from the air fryer, allow them to cool slightly, and serve warm.
