Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and slicing it into ½-inch rounds or chunks.
- In a small bowl, mix coconut sugar, melted coconut oil or butter (if using), cinnamon, and salt.
- Coat the pineapple slices evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
