Description

This crispy air fryer cauliflower is quick, healthy, and loaded with flavor. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish, it’s ready in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).

  • In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.

  • Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.

  • Serve hot.
