1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).

In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.

Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
