Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil and seasonings into a paste.

  • Place chicken in the basket in a single layer.

  • Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 4–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F.

  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
