Juicy, flavorful chicken skewers marinated in smoky spices, cooked to perfection in the air fryer, and finished with a buttery garlic herb glaze.
Ingredients

1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp avocado oil

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp honey

2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

Combine spices and avocado oil in a bowl, mix into a paste. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in honey and parsley. Set aside.

Thread chicken onto skewers, preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 6–8 more minutes until internal temp hits 165°F.

Brush hot skewers with garlic herb butter and garnish with parsley.
