Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Wooden or metal skewers (soaked if wooden)
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until fully coated.

Thread chicken onto skewers, spacing slightly.
