Description

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these air fryer garlic Parmesan chicken skewers are the ultimate healthy comfort food with bold, savory flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Wooden or metal skewers (soaked if wooden)


Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until fully coated.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers, spacing slightly.

  • Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F/75°C internal temp).

  • Let rest for 2 minutes and serve.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for juicier skewers.
  • Avoid overcrowding in the air fryer.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
