Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes, peeled (or skin-on)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cut potatoes into ½-inch fries.

Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly.

Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cook fries in a single layer for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.

Sprinkle parmesan, return to air fryer for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Use garlic powder to prevent burning.
