4 cups cauliflower florets (from 1 medium head)

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and pat dry.
- Place florets in a bowl, spray with oil, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Arrange cauliflower in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix melted butter and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the garlic parmesan sauce until well-coated.
- Taste, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook cauliflower for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- To keep the cauliflower crispy, avoid reheating in the microwave.
