This Air Fryer Parmesan Cauliflower is a simple, flavorful, and low-carb side dish that’s ready in under 20 minutes. With crispy, golden-brown cauliflower coated in a rich garlic parmesan sauce, it’s the perfect addition to any meal or a delicious snack on its own.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets (from 1 medium head)

  • Olive oil spray or avocado oil spray

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or minced garlic)

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (salted preferred)

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and pat dry.
  • Place florets in a bowl, spray with oil, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  • Arrange cauliflower in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Mix melted butter and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  • Toss cooked cauliflower in the garlic parmesan sauce until well-coated.
  • Taste, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, cook cauliflower for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  • Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
