Description

  • 2 striploin steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp canola or olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • For Garlic Butter (optional):
    • 2 tbsp salted butter (room temperature)
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Remove steak from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the steak dry with a paper towel, then rub with oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the steak in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  • Cook based on doneness preference:
    • Medium-Rare: 10 minutes
    • Medium: 12 minutes
    • Medium-Well: 14 minutes
  • While cooking, mix butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  • Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Top with garlic butter and serve with your favorite sides.
