Description

A creamy, fruity, no-bake dessert made with whipped topping, canned fruits, marshmallows, and shredded coconut. This Southern classic is perfect for holidays, potlucks, and summer gatherings. It’s quick to prepare, family-friendly, and always a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

  • 15 oz mandarin oranges, drained

  • 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained

  • 12 oz maraschino cherries, drained and de-stemmed

  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 8 oz Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed

  • Chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

  • Drain all canned fruits thoroughly.

  • In a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and cherries.

  • Stir in the Greek yogurt, coconut, and marshmallows.

  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until well mixed.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1–4 hours.

  • Stir before serving and top with pecans if desired.

Notes

  • For a tangier version, use plain Greek yogurt.
  • Add bananas or apples right before serving to prevent browning.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
