  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (6 oz. container)

  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut

  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

  • 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping (thawed)

  • Chopped Pecans (Optional, for crunch)


Instructions

  • Drain the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fruits, shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows. Gently mix until evenly distributed.

  • Add the vanilla Greek yogurt and fold it gently into the fruit mixture.

  • Carefully fold in the Cool Whip until everything is well combined.

  • Transfer the salad to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably 4 hours) to let the flavors meld.
