Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed

2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until mostly smooth.

Add the drained tuna and flake it with a fork.

Stir in red onion, cucumber, lemon juice, feta, and parsley.

Mix gently to combine without over-mashing.
