Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained

  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until mostly smooth.

  • Add the drained tuna and flake it with a fork.

  • Stir in red onion, cucumber, lemon juice, feta, and parsley.

  • Mix gently to combine without over-mashing.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve immediately or chill for 20 minutes.
