Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado, diced

  • 1 can tuna in water or olive oil (5 oz), drained

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
