Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Cut chicken into 8 even strips.
- Mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat chicken strips in the mixture.
- Wrap each chicken strip with bacon, tucking the ends under.
- Arrange tenders seam-side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
