Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded hashbrowns
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix hashbrowns, bacon bits, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Preheat waffle iron to medium-high and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread 1 cup of the mixture onto the waffle iron, close the lid, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove carefully, serve immediately with your choice of toppings, and repeat with the remaining mixture.

Notes

  • For frozen hashbrowns, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • Serve with toppings like sour cream, avocado, or a fried egg for extra flavor.
