Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Ups bring all the classic flavors of a juicy cheeseburger into a fun, bite-sized roll. Made with ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and crescent roll dough, these roll-ups are perfect for quick dinners, game days, or party snacks.

- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- 6 slices turkey or beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until beef is browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into rectangles. Press seams together.
- Evenly spread the beef mixture over each rectangle, then roll up and slice into smaller rolls.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Customize by adding pickles, jalapeños, or a different cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze unbaked roll-ups for later use; bake directly from frozen with 5 extra minutes.
