- 12 mini bagels (halved)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives (optional)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat until soft scrambled. Add chives, if using.
- Spread cream cheese on the cut side of each bagel bottom and arrange in the baking dish. Top with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Place bagel tops on.
- Brush bagel tops with melted butter and sprinkle with onion flakes, garlic, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until bagels are toasted and cheese is melted.
