 - 1 tablespoon kosher salt
 - Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
 - 3 tablespoons honey
 - 2 tablespoons chipotle hot sauce (e.g., chipotle Tabasco)
 - Celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
 
Instructions
- Preheat broiler to high and position the oven rack 5 inches below. Line a baking sheet with foil.
 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with baking powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
 - Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Broil for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and browned (165°F internal temperature).
 - Whisk honey, chipotle hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make the sauce.
 - Toss cooked wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
 - Serve warm with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
 
Notes
- For milder wings, reduce the amount of chipotle hot sauce.
