4 large croissants (freshly baked or store-bought)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each croissant in half lengthwise. Toast them lightly if desired.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half.
- Place a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese on each croissant half.
- Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle dried thyme and garlic powder if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
