2 bags (10 oz each) spinach, steamed and drained

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Steam spinach, drain thoroughly, and squeeze out excess water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, onions, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
