Ingredients

Sirloin steak

Instructions

Marinate the steak for 30 minutes.

Prepare gremolata and set aside.

Grill corn until tender and slightly charred.

Grill steak to desired doneness, then rest and slice thinly.

Make the vinaigrette.

Toss greens with vinaigrette and gremolata.
