Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the mashed bananas until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and heavy cream, mixing until fluffy.
- Spread frosting over the cooled cake. Garnish with walnuts, banana slices, or caramel drizzle. Slice and enjoy!
