Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Description

Juicy, well-seasoned chicken skewers brushed with a creamy, sweet-and-spicy bang bang sauce. Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, oven, or grill.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1¼ cups mayonnaise

  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

  • 2 tsp Sriracha

  • 2 tbsp honey


Instructions

  • Mix chicken with oil and spices.

  • Thread onto skewers.

  • Mix sauce ingredients and divide into two parts.

  • Cook using preferred method (air fryer: 400°F, 11–12 mins; oven: 400°F, 20–25 mins; grill: 8–10 mins per side).

  • Brush with remaining sauce and serve.

  • Soak wooden skewers before cooking.
  • Adjust Sriracha for spice preference.
