Description
Juicy, well-seasoned chicken skewers brushed with a creamy, sweet-and-spicy bang bang sauce. Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, oven, or grill.

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

1¼ cups mayonnaise

⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

2 tsp Sriracha
-
2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Mix chicken with oil and spices.

Thread onto skewers.

Mix sauce ingredients and divide into two parts.

Cook using preferred method (air fryer: 400°F, 11–12 mins; oven: 400°F, 20–25 mins; grill: 8–10 mins per side).

Brush with remaining sauce and serve.
