- 8 large jalapeños, halved and deseeded
- 1 cup cooked pulled pork
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 16 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix pulled pork, BBQ seasoning, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture and wrap with a slice of bacon.
- Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
Notes
- For less spice, remove all seeds and ribs from jalapeños.
