Description

  • 8 large jalapeños, halved and deseeded
  • 1 cup cooked pulled pork
  • 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 16 slices of bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix pulled pork, BBQ seasoning, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  • Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture and wrap with a slice of bacon.
  • Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
