Ingredients
For the Meatballs:

1 pound ground turkey (93/7 lean preferred)

1 large egg

¼–⅓ cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if preferred)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon chili powder
-
1 tablespoon dried parsley

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Sweet & Spicy Sauce:

½ cup chili sauce

¼ cup apricot preserves
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs (about 15–17 meatballs).
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the meatballs cook, mix the chili sauce and apricot preserves in a bowl until smooth.
- Once cooked, transfer meatballs to a bowl and toss with the sweet & spicy sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- If the mixture feels sticky, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before forming meatballs.
- To make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
