Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a cupcake baking pan with paper liners.
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press into liners.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix until creamy.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour filling over crusts. Bake for 16–20 minutes until centers are set.
- Cool & Serve: Cool completely, then chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Top with berries or desired toppings.
