Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk heavy cream, espresso powder, and cocoa powder until smooth. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, cream cheese, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cream mixture, vanilla, and salt to the mascarpone mixture and beat until fluffy.
