Instructions
Making Big Mac Wraps is simple! Follow these steps:
1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
2. Season: Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir until combined and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Stir until smooth.
4. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
5. Add Beef: Place a portion of the seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla.
6. Layer Toppings: Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and a dollop of the sauce on top of the beef.
7. Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll from the bottom to the top, securing all the fillings inside.
8. Heat the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
9. Slice: After heating, remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute. Slice in half before serving.
10. Serve: Arrange your wraps on a platter. Garnish with optional sliced pickles if desired.
