200g Biscoff spread (plus extra for topping)
Instructions

Crush Biscoff biscuits into crumbs.

Mix with melted butter and press into a springform tin. Chill.

Beat cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth.

Add cold cream and whip until thick.

Spread over base and chill for 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and sprinkle biscuit crumbs on top.
