- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into a lined muffin pan.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, cream, sour cream, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble and Bake: Divide filling over crusts. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20-25 minutes. Chill for 2 hours.
- Prepare Pecan Topping: Melt butter, add sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in cream, then mix in pecans. Cool slightly.
- Top and Serve: Add topping to chilled cheesecakes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
