Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

4 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp granulated sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tbsp all-purpose flour (for frozen berries)

1 egg + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)

½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

1–2 tbsp milk or cream

¼ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest.

Spread filling onto each rectangle. Add blueberries.

Fold edges slightly and brush with egg wash.

Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.

Cool and drizzle with glaze.
Notes
- Don’t thaw frozen blueberries—toss with flour and use frozen.
- Keep puff pastry cold until baking for best results.
- You can make these ahead and bake the next morning.
- Glaze is optional but adds sweetness and shine.
