Description

Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients: Southern-style buttermilk biscuits, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, pre-cooked beef sausage, butter, salt
  • Optional Garnish: Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or skillet.
  • Flatten biscuits into 4-inch circles.
  • Fill each biscuit with scrambled eggs, chopped sausage, and cheese.
  • Seal edges tightly and roll into a smooth ball.
  • Brush with melted butter and bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush again with butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
