Description
A creamy, crunchy, sweet and savory broccoli salad made with turkey bacon, cranberries, and almonds. Perfect for potlucks, family meals, or meal prep.

1⅓ lbs broccoli florets, chopped

8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped

½ cup dried cranberries

⅓ cup sliced almonds

Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

1½ tbsp sugar

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, cranberries, and almonds.

Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Chill for 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half Greek yogurt and half mayo.
- Optional: Add shredded cheddar, grapes, or feta.
