These Brown Sugar Bacon Little Smokies are the ultimate party appetizer! Smoky mini sausages are wrapped in crispy bacon, coated in brown sugar, and baked to perfection. The result? A caramelized, sweet, and savory bite-sized snack that’s irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) package Little Smokies (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 pound bacon, cut into halves or thirds
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Cut the bacon slices into halves or thirds.
  • Wrap each Little Smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Roll the bacon-wrapped smokies in brown sugar to coat them completely.
  • Arrange them on the baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
  • Sprinkle cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for extra flavor (optional).
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the brown sugar is caramelized.
