Description

This Brownie Batter Dip is a rich, chocolatey, and creamy no-bake dessert that tastes just like brownie batter but is completely safe to eat. It’s perfect for parties, game nights, or anytime you need a quick and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (18 oz) box of brownie mix (heat-treated)
  • 24 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup mix-ins (optional: mini chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, M&Ms, peanut butter chips)

Instructions

  • Heat-treat the brownie mix by microwaving it for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds. Let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Mix in the brownie mix and stir until well incorporated.
  • Gradually add milk (1 tbsp at a time) until the dip reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Stir in optional mix-ins like chocolate chips or pretzels.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dippers or chill before serving.

Notes

  • If the dip is too thick, add more milk one tablespoon at a time.
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.
