These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are a spicy, crispy, and delicious vegan alternative to classic buffalo wings. Made by baking cauliflower florets coated in a seasoned batter and tossed in buffalo sauce, they’re perfect for game-day snacks, parties, or as a satisfying appetizer.
Ingredients
For the Cauliflower Wings:

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

3/4 cup buttermilk (or almond milk + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar for vegan version)
For the Buffalo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter, melted (or vegan butter/coconut oil)

1/3 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s Red Hot)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Make the Batter: Combine flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add buttermilk (or almond milk mixture) and mix until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower: Dip florets in the batter and place them on baking sheets, spaced apart.

Bake: Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare Sauce: Mix melted butter and buffalo sauce until well blended.

Toss & Serve: Coat baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and serve immediately with vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing.

For extra crispiness, return coated cauliflower to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
