Description

These buffalo chicken lettuce wraps are a lighter twist on classic wings. Shredded chicken is tossed in a buttery hot sauce, nestled in crisp lettuce cups, and topped with creamy ranch, crunchy celery, and blue cheese crumbles for a flavor-packed, low-carb meal in under 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ½ tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce

  • ½ tsp celery seed

  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery

  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

  • Ranch dressing

  • 2 heads romaine or iceberg lettuce, rinsed and dried


Instructions

  • Cook chicken with water in a pan until done; shred it.

  • Lower heat, add butter and olive oil. Stir in hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper.

  • Stir in celery, then remove from heat.

  • Fill lettuce leaves with chicken, top with blue cheese and ranch.

  • Serve immediately.
