Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

½ tbsp olive oil

½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce

½ tsp celery seed

Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

½ cup thinly sliced celery

Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Ranch dressing

2 heads romaine or iceberg lettuce, rinsed and dried
Instructions

Cook chicken with water in a pan until done; shred it.

Lower heat, add butter and olive oil. Stir in hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper.

Stir in celery, then remove from heat.
