Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Spinach Dip:

    • 3 bags fresh spinach (810 ounces each)

    • 2 teaspoons olive oil

    • 2 cups mayonnaise (regular or lite)

    • 2 cups sour cream (regular or lite)

    • 2 packs Knorr® Vegetable Dip Mix

  • For the Bunny Assembly:

    • 1 bread bowl (round or rectangular)

    • 1 baguette (for ears and serving)

    • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced (for grass)

    • 23 celery stalks, sliced (for whiskers and mouth)

    • 1 bag carrot sticks (for decoration and serving)

    • Black olives (for eyes and nose)

    • Additional dippers: Crackers, pita chips, fresh veggies

Instructions

  • Make the Spinach Dip:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté spinach for about 5 minutes until wilted.

    • Drain and cool spinach, then chop finely.

    • In a bowl, mix spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dip mix until well combined.

    • Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

  • Prepare the Bunny Bread Bowl:

    • Cut out the center of the bread bowl to form a deep cavity and save the cut-out piece for the face.

    • Hollow out the bread bowl to make space for the dip.

    • Cut two pieces of baguette for the ears.

  • Assemble the Bunny:

    • Place bread bowl on a platter, add baguette pieces for ears, and arrange the saved bread piece as the face.

    • Add olives for eyes and nose, and celery strips for the mouth and whiskers.

    • Arrange cucumber slices as grass around the bread bowl.

    • Pour the chilled spinach dip into the bread bowl and surround with dippers.

Notes

  • Swap mayonnaise and sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • Use gluten-free bread and crackers for a gluten-free version.
  • Add cheese or spices to customize the flavor.
