Description

This Cadbury Egg Fudge is a no-bake Easter dessert with layers of creamy Cadbury Egg-inspired filling and rich milk chocolate. It’s easy to make and sets in just 30 minutes, making it perfect for holiday gatherings or homemade gifts.

For the Cream Filling:

  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)

For the Chocolate Fudge Layers:

  • 16 ounces milk chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Make the Cream Filling: Beat butter and corn syrup until smooth. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, salt, and milk, mixing until creamy. Separate ⅓ of the mixture and tint it yellow.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Assemble the Fudge: Pour half of the melted chocolate into a parchment-lined pan. Spread the white filling, then swirl in the yellow filling. Pour the remaining chocolate on top.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Cut into squares with a warm knife and serve!

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
