Cookie Layer:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Caramel Apple Milky Way candy bars (about 10 fun-size bars)

Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Topping:
- 10–12 caramel candies, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cookie Layer: Beat butter, shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in baking soda, salt, flour, graham cracker crumbs, and candy bars. Press half the dough into the pan.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, caramel, and flour until smooth. Spread over the cookie layer.
- Add Remaining Dough: Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Topping: Melt caramel candies with heavy cream, drizzle over bars, then drizzle melted chocolate.
- Chill, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For easier slicing, chill the bars overnight.
- You can swap Milky Way bars for other chocolate-caramel candies if desired.
