- 8 oz orange candy melting chips
- Orange sparkling sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and completely dry the strawberries. Fluff the green stems upward to create a “carrot” look.
- Chill the strawberries in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to help the chocolate set faster.
- Melt the orange candy melts in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Sprinkle with orange sparkling sugar if desired.
- Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper and allow the coating to set before serving.
Notes
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the chocolate adhere properly.
- If the melted candy is too thick, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to thin it out.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
