- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix sauce ingredients (cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, and milk) in a large bowl.
- Combine beef and sauce mixture, then stir in half of the shredded cheese.
- Assemble the casserole by pouring the mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with tater tots and the remaining cheese, then sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
