- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in cinnamon if using.
- Layer the first crescent roll dough at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the bottom layer.
- Cover with the second crescent roll dough, pressing seams together.
- Brush melted butter over the top for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, then slice and serve.
