  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank), cubed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley, grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft.
  • Increase heat to medium-high, add beef steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat, add cooked tortellini, and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle shredded provolone over the top, cover, and let melt.
