Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

250g pasta shells (or other short pasta)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp sriracha (optional)

1 cup milk

½ cup heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika

½ tsp red chili powder
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp dried oregano

Salt to taste

½ cup reserved pasta water
-
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic until golden.

Add chicken and all spices. Cook until browned and cooked through.

Stir in tomato paste and sriracha; cook 2–3 mins.

Pour in milk and cream. Simmer gently.

Add ¾ cup mozzarella and stir until melted.

Mix in pasta. Adjust with pasta water if needed.

Top with remaining mozzarella. Cover until melted.

Garnish with herbs. Serve hot.
