This cheesy ground beef pasta skillet is a quick, easy, and flavorful one-pan meal perfect for busy weeknights. Loaded with ground beef, pasta, and gooey melted cheese, it’s a comforting dish that the whole family will love.

- 2 cups ziti or penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook pasta one minute less than package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, cook for 2 minutes, and break it apart.
- Stir in garlic, onions, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste, stirring well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in reserved pasta water, then add cooked pasta and mix.
- Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
