- 1 cup diced ham
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté diced ham in a skillet for 3–5 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Fold in the ham, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Place the pie crust on a baking sheet for stability.
- Spread the ham and cheese mixture evenly in the crust.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper and pour over the filling.
- Bake for 60 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
