    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • For the Toppings:
    • 2 cups mashed potatoes (store-bought or homemade)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • ½ cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
    • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix the meatloaf ingredients in a bowl until just combined.
  • Press the meatloaf mixture evenly into the dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Spread mashed potatoes over the cooked meatloaf layer.

  • Bake again for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
