Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

Season and cook chicken breasts in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Rest and slice thinly.

Slice avocado, tomato, and red onion. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, then spread on each bread slice.
