Description

A quick, healthy, and flavorful chicken avocado wrap made with tender chicken, creamy avocado, fresh veggies, and a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
  • 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat, then adding lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with dressing.
  • Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • Slice diagonally and serve immediately.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
  • To prevent avocado from browning, drizzle with lemon juice.
